A rare bottling of a newly developed varietal of olive from Italy. It produces high quality, high on antioxidants extra virgin Olive Oil. Distinct aromas of straw and green characters of tomato leaf and freshly cut grass. Peppery finish at the end.
This olive oil is great as a finishing oil over any dish that includes meats and creamy sauces.
