Organic Allegra- Robust
A newly developed olive varietal that produces a robust, green and grassy, moderate poly-phenols with medium pungency olive oil. Drizzle over grilled Tuscan bread covered with freshly sliced tomatoes and basil.
This olive oil is great as a finishing oil over any dish that includes meats and creamy sauces.
