A rare bottling of a newly developed varietal of olive from Italy. It produces high quality, high in Poly-phenols extra virgin olive oil.
Distinct aroma of freshly cut grass and green tomato leaf which ends in a peppery finish.
This olive oil is great when drizzled over dishes with meats and creamy sauces.
