The Chacewater facilities include a Custom Crush Package designed in 2008 for a 250-ton winery

Our Equipment:

  • Puleo SF-36 Press with a 14 ton production capacity reds, 9 tons whites
  • Puleo Vega 10 ton per hour Destemmer-crusher with receiving hopper
  • Waukesha 130 Wine and Must Pumps, 2 Ea
  • ITAL Filters-Pad Filters PKF 60
  • Tank Room: 13 stainless steel tanks totaling 55, 000 gallon capacity
  • Apcco climate controlled 8,000 square foot barrel room
